  4. These are some really great Yoga Apps. There are more and more people turning to yoga for their exercise routine and are seeing a lot of improvement to physical and mental health. I especially like the 5 minute Home Workout because of the short duration. I can do it five times which equals 20minutes at the minim. If not repeating for 1hour would produce great results and those people who do not have that much time can do a 10minute  yoga workout and still get the health benefit that comes with it. Great apps in all…..I’m definitely getting the 5minute Home Workout App. It really goes well with my needs.
